We focus on the pre-event planning and the thinking you should be doing: how to be ready to be challenged and avoid falling into a ‘them’ and ‘us’ debate; how to pinpoint areas you feel you need to improve. 

We then move onto how to make the most out of the event itself: how to manage information overload and how best to document discussions and ideas, including how to work alongside a conference buddy.

Finally, we discuss the post-event activity, where we encourage you to reflect on actionable points that you can take forward and ensure the learning keeps going.
